Shift - 5:00 PM TO 2:00 PM (Night shift)

Location - Pune

Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define business priorities and analytics requirements.
- Manage analytics projects, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery of insights.
- Analyze operational, member experience, campaign, complaint, survey, and voice analytics data.
- Conduct studies on member effort, repeat calls, complaints, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track business performance.
- Build and interpret predictive models, segmentation, and trend analyses.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support campaign targeting, performance measurement, and optimization.
- Collaborate with data, technology, operations, and product teams to validate findings and implement recommendations.
- Provide expertise in member experience, statistical analytics, NLP, and voice analytics.
- Monitor performance trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science,



or related fields.
- 5+ years in healthcare, member/customer experience, or service operations analytics.
- 8+ years of stakeholder consulting and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
- 5+ years leading strategic analytics projects and portfolios.
- Expertise in KPI frameworks, dashboards, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting.
- 3+ years in voice/speech analytics, NLP, and text analytics.
- Robust experience in campaign analytics, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, data storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
