Role Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of reviewers in quality assurance

- Ensure adherence to complex guidelines throughout the project

- Provide clear communication and constructive feedback to team members

- Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements

- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Facilitate training sessions for new reviewers on best practices

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of overall experience in quality assurance

- At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members

- Strong attention to detail in following complex guidelines

- Effective communication skills for explicit feedback delivery

- Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data preferred

- Availability to work five days a week, including weekends if needed

- Ability to work within the set hours of 7am-4pm PST
