Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Accounts & Order Department

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Nityas Gems & Jewellery Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to support our Accounts and Order Departments in our jewellery manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities – Accounts Department:

- Enter sales, purchase and other accounting-related data accurately into company software.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, payment and receipt entries, and other records.
- Update customer, supplier and transaction details in the system.
- Maintain Excel sheets and assist in preparing daily reports.
- Verify data and documents to avoid mistakes and duplicate entries.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding pending entries and record corrections.

Key Responsibilities – Order Department:

- Enter customer orders and order details accurately into company software.
- Maintain customer details, order numbers, item codes, jewellery designs and related information.
- Update order status and maintain proper order records.
- Coordinate with the Order, CAD and Production teams regarding order-related information.




- Check order details before saving or processing entries.
- Prepare daily order reports and update Excel records as required.

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain records and handle data confidentially.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in data entry, accounts or order processing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
