Dindayal Transport Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Data Entry Operator to manage daily data entry, document scanning, reporting, and general computer-based office work. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, positive typing skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry: Enter and update daily transportation and operational data in company software with accuracy.
- Document Scanning: Scan, upload, organize, and maintain digital copies of bills, invoices, LR copies, transport documents, and other company records.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the management.
- Documentation: Maintain proper physical and digital records of company documents.
- Data Verification: Check entries for accuracy and correct any errors or missing information.
- File Management: Organize documents and maintain systematic folders for easy retrieval.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams for data and documentation requirements.
- Other Office Work:



Handle other computer-related tasks and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Ability to handle data entry and documentation work systematically.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of transportation or logistics documentation will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply.
