Data Analyst – NLP / Speech Analytics

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, statistical analysis, and NLP/Speech Analytics . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience analyzing voice and text data, building meaningful visualizations, and communicating actionable insights to US executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python.
- Perform statistical analysis, data interpretation, and insight generation.
- Work on NLP projects involving voice, text, speech, and conversational data analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.
- Clean, process, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to business leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain and share relevant project work through GitHub repositories.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python .
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools .
- Good understanding of statistical analysis and interpretation.
- Practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) , including voice, text, and speech analytics.
- Mandatory: GitHub profile or project repository demonstrating relevant hands-on work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with US executive-level stakeholders.
