Role & Responsibilities

- Own daily operations of D2C storefronts — pricing, inventory sync, content updates, and promotions across Shopify, Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, CX, and supply chain to ensure seamless customer journeys from discovery to delivery.
- Monitor and optimize funnel metrics — cart abandonment, AOV, conversion rate — using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and platform dashboards.
- Run A/B tests on product pages, CTAs, and checkout flows to incrementally boost conversion and reduce bounce rates.
- Manage influencer, UGC, and community content calendars to maintain brand tone and drive engagement across Instagram, YouTube,



and TikTok.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and forecast demand spikes around festivals, launches, and flash sales.
