Role Description The D2C Warehouse Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to support direct-to-consumer order fulfillment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and includes managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. The role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating inventory counts, optimizing layout and workflows, and maintaining safety and compliance standards within the warehouse.

The Warehouse

Manager will lead and train warehouse team members, coordinate with logistics and customer service teams, and use data and reporting to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support business growth.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess robust Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to plan replenishment, manage stock rotation, and support D2C order fulfillment.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily warehouse activities, streamline processes, and meet performance targets.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and an understanding of safe material handling practices (relevant licenses or certifications are an advantage).
- Experience managing a warehouse or fulfillment center, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain clear communication across functions.
- Comfort with warehouse management systems (WMS), basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
