We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Presales Engineer to translate customer business and technical requirements into practical, scalable cybersecurity solutions. The role will work closely with Sales and customers to develop solution strategies, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, support proposals, and provide architect-level technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer-facing technical presentations, product demonstrations, solution discussions, and tabletop exercises, both virtually and onsite.
- Partner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored cybersecurity solutions, and support proposal creation.




- Attend customer meetings and provide technical expertise, solution guidance, and architecture recommendations aligned with customer needs.
- Provide architect-level technical oversight for large and complex cybersecurity projects, ensuring appropriate design, implementation, integration, and technical best practices.
- Provide technical support during project startup and, when required, post-implementation to ensure a smooth transition and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, position, and promote managed security and MSP solutions, including Monitoring, Element Management, SIEM/SOC, and Managed VoIP/Cloud VoIP.
- Position and support the sale of cybersecurity consulting engagements, including cybersecurity maturity assessments, penetration testing, compromise assessments, and tabletop exercises.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and budgetary/detailed cost estimates.
- Work with customers and internal teams to develop scalable solutions while maintaining strong technical and business alignment.
