We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly within the e-commerce sector, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves handling customer queries through voice and chat, assisting customers with their orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and related concerns.
You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information while adhering to process guidelines to maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever necessary.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing customer interactions through voice and chat as per process requirements.
- Assisting customers with various inquiries related to orders, payments, and refunds.
- Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Following established process guidelines to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when required. The position requires candidates to be comfortable working in rotational shifts and from the office.
We offer a dynamic work setting with a shift window from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for both males and females, and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM for males. The role includes 6 days of working with 1 rotational week off. To be eligible for this position, candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, BPO, or e-commerce.
