Role
- Handle Inbound customer Interactions
- Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets
- Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
- Email Communication
- Should be comfortable in flexible shifts
- Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and valuable email handling etiquette
- Customer-oriented attitude
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international customer support or customer service, voice or blended
- Clear spoken and written English and good command over language as its an international process.
- Patient, polite and calm when handling difficult customers
- Strong listening and problem solving skills
- Good typing speed and comfort working on a computer all day
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including early morning and late night shifts
- Candidates residing near Jhandewalan or in Central Delhi , West Delhi and nearby areas), as the role includes early morning and late night shifts.
Not an IT role. Working knowledge of the following is required:
- MS office, 360 and Google Sheets
- Ticketing or CRM tools
- Email, chat and WhatsApp support
- Basic comfort with mobile apps and web platforms to guide customers
