- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email, as per the assigned process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain skilled communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates, as per client requirements.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi, depending on the process.
- Basic computer knowledge.
