We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Myntra Seller Support process. The role involves handling seller queries, providing assistance, and ensuring a smooth support experience for business sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling calls with sellers.
- Resolve seller queries related to orders, accounts, and platform-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication with sellers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements





- Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Support experience preferred, with valid employment documents.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Graduate required only Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: 27,000 per month
- Take-home Salary: Approximately 21,700 per month

Work Details:

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Shift Timing: General Shift

1 Day rotational week off
- Work Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
