Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow customer service guidelines and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- HSC or graduate qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
