URGENT HIRING for permanent morning shift — Australian Outbound Process (7 am – 4 pm). Work from office only.

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Associates / Telecallers / Telemarketers for our Australian Outbound Process. We are looking for a confident and energetic CSA for our outbound process. Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Job criteria

- Strong grip on English communication.
- Smart and comfortable handling international clients and customers.
- Ready to work the morning shift at our office (Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata).
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
- Work from office only.

Job role
- Research, track, maintain and update leads.
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads.




- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Develop strong knowledge of the company's products and services to support the sales process.

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass) Experience (preferred): International voice process 1 year; Outbound sales 1 year

Language: Fluent English

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
