We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to help support our growing patient base.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries through email, chat, and other support channels.
- Assist new patients with account setup, onboarding, and navigating our platform.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and resolve administrative issues.
- Help patients understand subscription plans, billing, and platform features.
- Track and follow up on unresolved support requests.
- Escalate clinical questions to licensed healthcare professionals.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to our processes.
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
- Comfortable learning recent software and AI tools.
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently.
- Availability for some overlap with U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer support, virtual assistant, or customer success experience.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and support software.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or SaaS is a plus.
