Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls and provide effective resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience: either 6 months / 1 year atleast.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- International BPO experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Joining Dates: 9th November and 18th November 2026
