Customer Service Officer - MF Handle customer inquiries related to mutual fund investments, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, and account services. Assist customers with KYC updates, FATCA declarations, nominee registration, bank mandate changes, and other service requests. Process transaction requests accurately and within prescribed turnaround times.

Resolve customer complaints and escalations while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTAs), and internal departments for query resolution. Verify and maintain customer documentation in compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and regulatory requirements.

Support branch sales teams by providing operational and service assistance. Educate customers on digital platforms, online transactions, and self-service options. Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
