Hiring: Customer Service Executive – Domestic Voice Process

- Experience: BPO/Customer Service Experience Mandatory
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills
- Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day within the shift window
- Working Days: 5 days one week and 6 days the next week
- Interview Process: 4 Rounds – Walk-In Interview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.




- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
- Handle complaints and escalations with patience.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets.
