Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hindi speaking requirement is must
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely support.
