We are looking for a responsible, patient-focused Lapse Package Coordinator to manage package follow-ups, coordinate with patients, and ensure timely communication regarding treatment packages and renewals.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with patients regarding expired, lapsed, or inactive treatment packages.
- Contact patients through calls and WhatsApp to explain package details, renewal options, and next steps.
- Maintain regular communication with existing patients to encourage follow-ups and continuity of care.
- Coordinate with clinic teams, counsellors, and billing departments to resolve patient queries.
- Explain package inclusions, validity, payment details, and renewal procedures clearly.
- Maintain accurate patient follow-up records and update information in the CRM or internal system.
- Identify patients requiring further assistance and coordinate appointments with the concerned team.
- Handle patient concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality and a positive patient experience.
- Achieve assigned follow-up targets and maintain timely communication with patients.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with healthcare, customer service, or sales experience are preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language skills are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
