Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate role based in Kakdwip. The role involves handling customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate information about loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

The Customer Service

Associate will support customers through the loan application process, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up on pending cases. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and consistently promoting a positive, professional service experience. The role also involves adhering to company policies,



meeting service quality standards, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities to assist and guide borrowers effectively.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure positive interactions and long-term relationships.
- Professional Phone Etiquette for managing inbound and outbound calls with clarity, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain financial products clearly.
- Basic knowledge of financial services or consumer lending is preferred, with the ability to learn product details quickly.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software for documentation and customer data management.
- Ability to work in office in Kakdwip, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
