Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic candidates to join an international banking process supporting customers in the UK. The role involves handling customer queries, providing banking-related assistance, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services and account queries.
- Assist customers with debit cards, payments, transactions and other banking-related concerns.
- Verify customer details and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues as per process guidelines.
- Follow banking policies, data security standards and compliance procedures.
- Meet defined targets for customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.




- Education: Graduate preferred/required, as per client eligibility criteria.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer-handling, problem-solving and listening skills.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekly offs, as required.

Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer information responsibly and follow compliance guidelines.
