We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Sales Executive for our B2B Sales team. The role involves identifying potential business partners and helping them explore Franchise and LDP (Loan Distribution Point) business opportunities with Pay&Serve.;

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential B2B leads through calls, references and other sources.
- Connect with prospective business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals interested in starting a financial services business.
- Explain the Pay&Serve; Franchise and LDP business model, benefits and earning opportunities.
- Understand prospects' requirements and recommend the suitable business model.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful business partners.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to partner onboarding.




- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with business partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Maintain proper records and regular updates of sales activities.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and explaining business opportunities.
- Target-oriented and confident in handling prospects.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales/B2B experience will be an advantage.
