Job Summary astTECS is looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Manager to handle customer interactions, explain telecom and unified communication solutions, conduct product demonstrations, follow up on sales opportunities, and drive customer engagement and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain products, services, and solutions to clients and customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and address queries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and virtual presentations.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to support deal closures.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in customer relationship management, inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, (other language proficiency will be added advantage)
- Robust customer-handling, sales, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in conducting product demos and virtual meetings.
- Good computer skills and follow-up abilities.
- Experience in Telecom, VoIP, IP PBX, or Cloud Telephony is an added advantage.
