Servokon Systems Limited is looking for a customer-focused and energetic CRM Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer calls and follow-ups.

Respond to customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.

Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up trackers.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare daily calling reports and maintain MIS using MS Excel.

Follow up with customers regarding orders, service requests, and feedback.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Telecalling.





Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

Customer-oriented approach with solid follow-up skills.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month, depending on experience.
