We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to handle parent/customer communication and support the smooth functioning of our sports academy.
Skills Required
● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
● Customer handling and relationship management. ● Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. ● Good English communication. ● Tamil/Kannada communication will be an advantage.
Qualification
● Any Bachelor's degree.
● Experience in customer relations, customer support, sales, admissions, or sports/education sector is preferred.
