We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Chennai. As part of our Customer Experience function, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring their enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working closely with our UK-based teams, you will help deliver excellent customer service across a fast-paced international logistics environment.

Please note this is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email and internal systems.
- Update and maintain customer information accurately within company databases.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely updates regarding shipments and services.
- Track, investigate and manage customer tickets and potential claims.
- Carry out administrative tasks using internal systems and processes.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently, escalating issues when required to achieve the best outcome.




- Collaborate closely with UK-based colleagues to ensure seamless customer support and continuous improvement.
- Follow established SOPs and operational processes, maintaining high levels of compliance and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Up to 2 years' experience in a customer service, customer support, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environment.
- Strong communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team-oriented team.
- Willingness to work shifts aligned to UK operating hours.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- An interest in international logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.
