- Drive growth in locker services, Resources (FDs, NCDs) and MF

- Assist in Potential HNI Customer Development

- Relationship Management - Cross-selling

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients for locker services and investment products.

- Support the BH in nurturing relationships with HNI clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions.

- Actively support Customer Service in client interactions to convert cross-sell opportunities.

- Promote fixed deposits (FDs) and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to individual and corporate clients.

- Achieve sales targets for locker occupancy, FD/NCD mobilization, MF and HNI acquisitions.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to organize client engagement campaigns and seminars.

- Track and report on lead conversions,



achievement of targets and report client and market feedback

Key Competencies Required:

- Robust sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Understanding of debt instruments, locker services, and HNI financial needs

- Client-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships

- Working knowledge of RBI/SEBI regulations related to NBFC deposits and services

- Prior experience with CRM and Sales tracking tools

- High ethical standards and integrity in client dealings

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration

Experience:

- 24 years of experience in business development, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial services handling HNI clients
