About Rewin Health Care

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Customer Support / Customer Engagement Intern to support our engagement with customers, parents, caregivers, and partner institutions. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer communication, relationship management and supporting the adoption of creative solutions for the neurodivergent population.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers, parents, and caregivers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Assist in onboarding new users and guiding them through the initial steps of using our platform.
- Follow up with customers to understand their experience, address basic queries, and ensure a smooth user journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, follow-ups, and support requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, feedback collection, and relationship-building activities.
- Assist in scheduling product demonstrations, follow-up calls, and customer meetings.

Eligibility Criteria




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or students currently pursuing their degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people over phone and communicating through WhatsApp.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and documentation.
- A willingness to learn, take responsibility, and interact professionally with customers.

- Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns.
- Organised approach to maintaining records and managing follow-ups.
- Confidence in making phone calls and communicating with different types of people.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interest in healthcare, technology, customer experience, or social impact is an added advantage.
