Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹1.80 – ₹2.20 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Regular Shift)

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled candidates for the position of Tele Calling Executive at our Kukatpally, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have excellent Telugu communication skills, good listening abilities, an interest in current affairs, and the ability to collect and report accurate information.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
- Collect accurate and reliable information from customers and other sources.
- Maintain high standards of call quality and customer interaction.
- Record call details and prepare reports in the prescribed format.
- Compile feedback and prepare reports after task completion.
- Demonstrate logical thinking and assess ground-level situations.
- Stay updated on current affairs and relevant developments.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and work-related data.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Ability to read and prepare reports in English.
- Customer-centric approach and professional behaviour.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, and information-gathering skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

- Candidates should be willing to work from the office at Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
- Candidates with strong Telugu communication skills and an interest in current affairs will be preferred.

Salary and Perks
- Annual CTC: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,20,000.
- Regular working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
