ROJMARG is looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing service-related information, following up with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily performance and customer service targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.
