Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

We are hiring candidates for domestic inbound and outbound voice processes.

Outbound Process

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field (mandatory)
- Fixed day shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Fixed Sunday off
- Salary up to ₹34,000 in-hand / ₹41,000 CTC

Inbound Process

- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (mandatory)
- Graduation mandatory
- Rotational shifts between 6 AM and 9 PM
- 2 rotational week-offs
- Salary up to ₹34,000 in-hand / ₹41,000 CTC
