Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, patient-focused, and well-organized Customer Care Assistant / Executive to manage patient queries, appointment scheduling, and OPD coordination. The candidate will assist patients and visitors, facilitate smooth front-office operations, and ensure a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to patient and visitor queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage OPD appointments, registrations, and patient enquiries.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, departments, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding appointments and hospital services.
- Maintain patient records and update details in hospital software.
- Assist with patient registration, queue management, and OPD operations.
- Address patient concerns promptly and escalate complaints to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies.




- Support daily front-office and customer care activities.

Required Skills and Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office; hospital software experience is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly and service-oriented approach.
- Good coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates residing in Thane or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in morning, evening, and night rotational shifts.
