Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process

Job Location: Powai, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Night Shift

Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week-offs

Salary

- In-Hand: ₹24,900 – ₹33,700 per month
- Gross: ₹28,000 – ₹37,500 per month

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Assist customers with service-related concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and follow process guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working night shifts.

HSC and Graduate freshers are welcome.
