Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. The role includes assisting in defining detailed requirements and contributing to the architectural planning of software solutions. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that the applications developed align with the intended business processes and meet the specified functional criteria.

This position requires active engagement in problem-solving and continuous communication with various teams to support the successful delivery of tailored software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.




- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong knowledge of security configurations and role-based access controls within Workday HCM.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks to safeguard sensitive employee data.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues in Workday environments.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices related to human capital management security.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
