What you’ll do
- Talk to our clients on calls, WhatsApp, and email, and help them with their questions
- Help recent clients get started with the StockWiz app
- Solve app or setup issues over AnyDesk or Google Meet
- Update client details and call notes in our CRM
- Handle support tickets and follow them up until they’re resolved
- Work with our Sales and internal teams to keep clients happy
Who we’re looking for
- Graduate in any stream (final-year students waiting for results can also apply)
- Good spoken Hindi and English
- Comfortable on calls and basic computer work
- Interest in the stock market is a plus.
Not required, we will train you.
- Must live in Jodhpur or be able to travel to the office daily
