Position: CRM Head

Industry: Jewellery / Luxury Retail

Experience: Relevant experience in CRM, preferably in jewellery or premium retail.

Key Requirements

- Must have solid knowledge of CRM software, customer relationship management, and CRM processes.
- Experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail will be preferred.
- Ability to manage customer databases, purchase history, and customer segmentation.
- Knowledge of customer retention, repeat sales, loyalty programmes, and customer engagement.
- Experience in managing customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery.
- Ability to plan customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and other communication channels.
- Knowledge of CRM reports, MIS, customer analytics, and sales conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage a CRM team, set targets, and monitor performance.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer data and ensure effective use of CRM software.
- Drive customer engagement through personalised communication, festive campaigns, and special occasions.
- Build strategies for high-value customers, loyal customers, and inactive customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, and resolution timelines.
- Track CRM KPIs, including repeat purchase rate, customer retention, campaign response, and conversion.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams to generate business through existing customers.
- Prepare regular CRM performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
