We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain daily reports and customer databases.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with lead management and customer coordination.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computers.
- Ability to manage customer data and follow up systematically.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Salary As per company standards and candidate experience.
Work Schedule
Full time, on-site.
