Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships for our commercial real estate project. The role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from booking and payment coordination to documentation, possession, and post-sales support. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, experience in real estate CRM operations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Banking, Legal, Operations, and Project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end customer relationships from booking to possession for commercial properties.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely communication and updates.
3. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Banking, Legal, Operations, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer service.
5. Follow up on payment schedules, outstanding dues, documentation,



and other customer-related formalities.
6. Coordinate customer onboarding, site visits, agreement execution, handover, and possession.
7. Maintain accurate customer records, CRM databases, and interaction histories.
8. Monitor customer requests and ensure resolution within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
9. Develop strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction, trust, retention, and referrals.
10. Prepare MIS reports, customer feedback reports, complaint trackers, and service performance dashboards.
11. Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements in CRM processes.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and customer service procedures.
13. Support management in implementing customer engagement strategies and improving the overall customer experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
