JOB ROLE – ALL-ROUNDER TEAM MEMBER Designation: Team Member – All Rounder ### Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer service and floor operations.
- Take orders and ensure proper customer interaction.
- Manage billing and cash counter when required.
- Assist in kitchen preparation and food production.
- Handle packing and online orders.
- Assist in beverage preparation, including coffee and other drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
- Follow all company SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Maintain proper stock handling and report shortages or wastage.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Manager.
