Hiring: Credit Manager/Senior/AGM/GM (Commercial Vehicle / Construction Equipment / Business LAP)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 3 to 15+ Years

We are seeking experienced Credit Managers & Underwriters to join a leading Financial Services organization in Chennai to manage end-to-end credit assessment across Commercial Vehicles (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), and Business LAP portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end credit underwriting and risk appraisal for CV, CE, and Business LAP loan applications.

Analyze borrower financial statements, balance sheets, P&L; statements, tax returns, and CIBIL reports to evaluate creditworthiness.

Calculate core financial metrics including FOIR, LTV, DSCR, and cash flow ratios.

Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) with transparent risk analysis, policy deviation tracking, and sanction recommendations.





Monitor post-sanction documentation, track portfolio quality, and ensure 100% adherence to RBI/internal compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Qualification: MBA or M.Com in Finance (min. 60% aggregate preferred).

Experience: 3+ years of direct credit underwriting/analysis experience in Banks or NBFCs.

Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on background in Commercial Vehicles (CV), Heavy Equipment (CE), or Business Loan Against Property (LAP).

Skills: Proficient in balance sheet spreading, ratio analysis, bank statement evaluation, and MS Excel / Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
