Manager Underwriting / Credit Control – 8–15 Years – Noida

Summary

We are looking for an experienced insurance professional with expertise in London Market underwriting operations and/or credit control. The role requires strong knowledge of insurance premium processes, broker coordination, reconciliations and operational controls. This is an individual contributor position.

Responsibilities

1. Manage underwriting support and credit-control activities related to London Market insurance.
2. Monitor premium collection, outstanding balances, aged debt and settlement timelines.
3. Perform premium, broker and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
4. Coordinate with brokers, underwriters, finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
5. Maintain accurate records, operational reports and compliance with established controls and procedures.

Requirements

1. 8–15 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, credit control or premium operations.
2. Strong understanding of the London Market insurance ecosystem; Lloyd's Market experience is preferred.
3. Experience in premium processing, collections, reconciliations or insurance receivables.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
5. Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role and work the 1 PM–10 PM shift from Noida.
