TIST Media is looking for a Creator Manager with the communication-first role where you will be working closely with content creators, brands, and agencies. You will act as the key point of contact, ensuring smooth execution of brand collaborations while building strong, long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary POC between creators, brands, and agencies
- Managing end-to-end communication and execution of brand deals
- Overseeing account management and ensuring smooth campaign deliveries
- Supporting the creators with content strategy and solving creative queries
- Coordinating creator participation in events and brand collaborations
- Assisting in managing creators’ business decisions and growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A social, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and grow in a quick-paced workspace
- Interest in content, social media, and the creator ecosystem
Salary: Starts at INR 35,000/month, varies per the experience and other factors.
