About Jiveesha Jiveesha is a paediatric health-tech initiative focused on supporting children with developmental and sensory differences through innovative, neuroaffirming solutions. Our guiding philosophy is: “Change the environment, not the child.”

Key responsibilities

- Edit and deliver 4–5 engaging short-form reels or videos per week, including founder insights, clinician interviews and educational explainers.
- Create polished videos using captions, transitions, sound effects, colour correction and graphic overlays.
- Design thumbnails, cover cards, social media creatives and other supporting visuals.
- Contribute creative concepts, hooks, trending formats and ideas during content planning.
- Assist with in-person shoots, including framing, camera angles and basic lighting.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and mobile editing tools such as CapCut or VN and InShot.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, colour correction, typography and layout.
- Creativity, attention to detail,



collaboration skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator or Figma is an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio or showreel; candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

Work setup Day-to-day editing can be completed remotely. Candidates should be based in or near Bhubaneswar and available to attend shoots, team meetings and creative sessions in person 1–2 days per week.
