Role Description This is a full time, on-site Creative Motion Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

The Creative Motion Video

Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing motion-based video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include working with creative briefs, assembling raw footage, adding motion graphics and visual effects, optimizing video for different platforms, and collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all video outputs,



meeting project deadlines, and contributing ideas to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience creating short-form and long-form content for digital, social, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design for engaging video content.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret creative briefs, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with content marketing, brand guidelines, and optimizing video for various platforms and aspect ratios.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant education or training in film, animation, design, media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a marketing, creative agency, or growth-focused environment is an advantage.
