About TOFAA India

TOFAA India is a corporate gifting consultancy and management company. We curate, customise and deliver gifting for more than 150 companies across 9 cities, working with a network of 500+ vendors. TOFAA runs three businesses: Bulk Gifting, TOFAA OS (an annual gifting platform for companies) and Retail, our own range of gifting products and watches.

About the role

We are looking for the creative brain of TOFAA: one person who imagines, designs and shapes everything the company makes and shows. Clients choose a gifting partner by what they see and feel, and this role decides whether TOFAA looks ordinary or exceptional. You will report directly to the founder and build the creative function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

- Design season gift collections across budget slabs, ready well ahead of each festival
- Create TOFAA's signature packaging and own the visual identity across proposals, social media, events and print.
- Conceive and design new gifting products, taking each idea from sketch to vendor-ready file
- Set the look of every client proposal, mock-up and campaign




- Work with printers, makers and artisans on samples, finish, quality and cost
- Design gift templates and client report formats for TOFAA OS
- Lead and develop the Design Executive, and brief and review agency creative
- Give final creative sign-off on everything that leaves TOFAA

Skills

- Creative thinking: original ideas and concepts with a transparent story
- Product and packaging design: materials, finishes, dielines and print processes
- Brand and storytelling: typography, colour, layout and photography direction
- Execution: hands-on coordination with vendors, quality control and cost discipline
- Leadership: guiding a junior designer and presenting ideas to founders and clients
- Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; 3D or mock-up tools such as Blender or KeyShot are a plus

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product, packaging or brand design
- A portfolio of work that has gone into production
- Experience in gifting, luxury, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred
- Degree or diploma in design (NID, NIFT, Srishti, MIT ID or similar) is a plus compensation.
