Role Description

Atelier by IPA is seeking a Partnerships & Lead Generation Associate Intern for a full-time, hybrid role in Mumbai (Andheri based). The intern will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships, conducting market research to uncover potential leads, and executing outreach strategies. Tasks will include communicating with potential clients, managing relationships, and contributing to initiatives aimed at driving sales and expanding the business network.

Additionally,



the role includes supporting strategic planning for collaboration opportunities with businesses in the interior design and arts industries.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships development
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Analytical Skills to identify market opportunities and generate actionable insights
- Experience or interest in Sales and business development (calls would be a part of your job)
- Keeping the social media page active and making reels( mandatory skill)
- Proactive, detail-oriented work approach and a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for art, design, or related fields is an added advantage, not mandatory
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred but not required

Location- Andheri (Need only Mumbai based candidates, no relocation)

Role - Hybrid setting (3x week eventually in office, we work out of a brewery)

Stipend- Rs. 5000 per month
