About the opportunity

Create the visual and storytelling direction for Veer’s electric vehicle business. We need a hands-on creative leader who can turn an idea into a well-produced campaign across film, photography, social media and customer experiences.

Your responsibilities

- Develop campaign concepts, scripts, storyboards and production briefs.
- Build a consistent visual and editorial identity for Veer BEV.
- Direct automotive films, owner stories, professional lifestyle features and event content.
- Plan shoots, locations, casting, schedules and production budgets.
- Lead the cinematographer, editor, designer and social content team.
- Produce platform-specific versions for organic content and paid advertising.
- Work with the performance team to test opening sequences, messages and calls to action.




- Manage participant permissions, music and asset usage rights, and content approvals.

What you should bring
- A solid portfolio of personally directed or produced work.
- Excellent judgement in visual storytelling, typography, sound and editing.
- Ability to write or direct natural Malayalam and English content.
- Experience taking productions from concept through final delivery.
- Ability to produce polished work within practical budgets and deadlines.
- Automotive, fashion, hospitality, design or lifestyle experience is welcome.

How success will be measured Creative quality, production reliability, consistency of brand identity and improvement from creative testing.
