We're a startup looking for someone who doesn't just manage social media but brings fresh ideas, experiments with creative strategies, and helps KEVOR stand out in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

1. Original Reels & Content Creation

- Create engaging, original 20–30 second Instagram Reels.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, shooting ideas and edits.
- Turn technical products into simple, interesting content.
- Focus on organic reach, engagement and genuine follower growth.
- Avoid repetitive templates and generic AI-generated content.

2. Google & Meta Advertising

- Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create original ad creatives, short videos and compelling ad copy.
- Handle audience targeting, remarketing, budget optimization and campaign testing.
- Track advertising performance, lead quality, conversions and cost per lead.
- Take ownership of campaign performance, reporting and continuous improvement.

3. Digital Brand Growth

- Explore new ideas to build KEVOR's digital presence.
- Research competitors, trends and customer behaviour.
- Experiment with different content and advertising strategies.
- Help position KEVOR as a recognizable and trustworthy brand.
- Work closely with the team to turn digital engagement into genuine business enquiries.

Who Should Apply?




- Someone who understands both creative content and performance marketing.
- Can independently develop and execute original reel ideas.
- Has practical knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understands that views and likes are not the only measures of success.
- Is curious, experimental, proactive and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Can demonstrate previous work, campaigns or measurable results.
