We are seeking an experienced Senior COUPA & ETL Developer with 5 to 8 years of expertise in SQL, Unix/Linux, Python, Shell Scripting, and ETL technologies. The candidate will lead ETL development activities, drive solution design, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality data integration solutions across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale COUPA ETL solutions and data pipelines.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture recommendations.
- Develop advanced SQL queries and database optimization strategies.
- Build robust automation frameworks using Python and Shell scripting.
- Analyse and improve ETL process performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root cause resolution.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to define solutions.
- Establish best practices for ETL development, coding standards,



and deployment processes.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
- Participate in effort estimation, project planning, and technical leadership activities.

Must have Requirements

- COUPA working experience
- Expert-level SQL and database performance tuning experience.
- Strong Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Advanced Python programming and automation experience.
- Extensive Shell scripting expertise.
- Solid experience in ETL architecture, development, and support.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts and enterprise data integration.
- Experience with job scheduling, monitoring, and batch processing frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and reusable ETL solutions.

Preferred Requirements

- Telco Domain Knowledge Preferable
- Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
